Return Process

  Log into your Max account, navigate to your recent orders, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags are intact and the packing slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
